“Another Excellent Stay!”
We were return guests at Hotel Hugo and once again they made us really welcome. The staff are friendly, rooms spotless and very comfortable. The hotel is also well situated and many places easily accessible by foot.
“best hotel in NYC”
Hotel Hugo is nothing short of perfection - it is a boutique hotel that combines both class and charm. The service is superb, and the price is just right. All in all, I always look forward to my stay at HH and recommend it to all.
Quality hotel with very helpful staff. Nicely appointed clean rooms with super comfortable beds. Fantastic roof top bar with amazing views. Our family stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed longer.
Lovely boutique hotel. Contemporary decor and colors. Busy nighttime rooftop bar scene. Fine location in Soho with beautiful river sunset views available. We will return on next NY trip. Area is easy walk to Greenwich village or short cab to High Line/Chelsea.
“Cool calm oasis”
We loved the location of the hotel. It was a cool oasis of calm in a very hot, hectic NYC and we loved returning to it after a full day of sight seeing. So glad we chose to stay in this area rather than up town manhattan. The roof top bar was beautiful. The Front desk staff & the concierge we're very helpful at all times.
Great alternative for a Soho stay in NYC. Just 4 blocks away from shops, restaurants and galleries. Outstanding personalized customer attention. Delicious breakfasts. Modern but comfortable rooms/bathrooms. Loved the place and the staff.
